This dish, introduced by Bonsai, is made by wrapping tofu and a variety of mushrooms inside a bean curd sheet. Roll it up and fry. Then cut diagonally and enjoy with some sauce. It's supposed to be the vegan "duck" version, except people don't like to use animals to name human food, so it doesn't quite have a name yet. You're welcome to give this beautiful vegan entrée a beautiful and uplifting name.
